Frequently asked questions
General
We provide practical support focused on everyday life in the UK. This includes:
understanding how systems work in practice
guidance on accommodation, finances, and routines
help navigating unfamiliar situations
explaining what is normal and what may require action
The focus is on clarity, context, and proportionate guidance.
Universities and education agents both play important roles, but their support is usually focused on different stages of the student journey.
Education agents typically help with applications, offers, and visas. Universities provide academic services and student support once a student is enrolled.
Our role is different. We provide structured, practical support throughout the academic year, focused on everyday life in the UK and clear communication with families.
This includes:
helping students understand how things work in practice
providing a consistent UK-based point of contact
offering structured check-ins with both students and parents
explaining situations clearly and helping families understand what is normal and what may require action
The service is designed to complement, not replace, the support students already receive from universities and agents.
