Annual Support Package
£2,400 per academic year
This includes:

A named Mandarin and English speaking UK-based point of contact

A personalised UK life guide

A pre-departure online meeting (student and parents)

Twice-per-term check-ins with the student and parents

Ongoing support for day-to-day questions

Guidance on UK systems, culture, and everyday life

Calm coordination when situations arise
Support is provided remotely across the UK, with clear structure and defined communication throughout the year.
What this provides in practice
The service is designed to support students as they settle in, manage day-to-day responsibilities, and respond to new or unfamiliar situations throughout the academic year.
For parents, it provides reassurance that there is a consistent UK-based point of contact who can explain situations clearly and offer practical guidance when needed.
Renewals
Renewals may be available and are discussed during the second term of the first year of service.
As places are limited, priority is given to existing families who wish to continue.

A tailored guide for students based on their university, city, and circumstances, covering practical aspects of living in the UK.
One-hour tailored Q&A session - £250
A focused session to answer your specific questions about living and studying in the UK, either before arrival or during the academic year.
English language tutoring (£ available on request)
We can assist with arranging English language tutoring either before arrival or during the academic year to assist with the student's studies and career prospects.
Careers discussion and assistance - £250
A one-hour discussion of career aspirations and CV with a practical UK job market focus.
Group sessions
